I had a very efficient checkout process, and the breakfast was genuinely nice. The room lacked some charm compared to the photos, but I would definitely return for theexperience.

The hotel is in a good location with access to the NATO base, the Tangenziale (Agnano exit) and the trains (either the Cumana or Metrolpolitana). The staff are very friendly and helpful though one of the staff couldn't quite understand why I objected to the maintenance person entering the room without knocking first on the door to see if I was there. The breakfast is a bit more than continental but after eating pizza and pasta and octopus etc the night before, I didn't need much more than that.
The neighborhood is not one you'll want to spend time milling about outdoors but it's simple enough to get downtown from there.

It was clean and neat, and the staff were very helpful. It was very close to the suburban train station.
The hotel's location was not good for sightseers like us - as there were no decent places to eat outside close to the hotel, nowhere to go for a walk, and the area around tended to be fairly isolated towards evening. So my daughter and I did not feel like venturing out and exploring the area. The suburban train station near the hotel was very run down, did not seem to sell any tickets, and was peopled by some rather unsavoury characters, both on the outward journey and on our return. The hotel may work for business people who rely on taxis for all their transport, and eat their meals in the premises.

The Quadruple Room was spacious enough for my family. We didn't feel cramped, a win considering my tall kids. The bathroom had a nice rain shower, and hot water was always there. Only downside was that it was freezing with just a sheet. Clean and well-kept, but the balcony wasn't really usable since it lacked chairs. The soundproofing was great. We didn't hear much despite being by a railway line. A comfy place for a night after exploring!

Location, poor area. Rediculous, small shower for 4 star hotel.

We enjoyed the nice breakfast with fresh pastries, a hit among my three young kids. Plus, the hotel's location offered easy public transport to explore Naples while enjoying a fantastic day trip to the Amalfi coast with great views.
My kids wished for more activities nearby.

The room was very clean, good sized, a good value with free parking. The typically italian breakfast was ample and the staff friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a lovely hotel, but pretty far from the center of the city. It may say only two Metro stops on their website, but that is deceiving as then you must take the Cumana (Local railway) for quite a while before you get to the hotel. It was a 25 Euro taxi ride from the Cental Train station.

Had a blast with my friends! The hotel staff gave us great tips for exploring the local area, like catching the train to the sites. The breakfast spread was solid too. We loved chilling on the terrace after long days at the Molo Beverello Port and enjoying tasty seafood nearby.
The room was pretty cold as there was only a sheet. That made it tough to get comfortable at night, so be prepared for that and maybe bring extra layers.

We loved staying here. OK, the location doesn't look much at first site. It's not picturesque, but ask for a room with a view onto the street because everything going on outside is so interesting. Our room (203) was fantastic with a big balcony, lovely furnishings and good bathroom. It's a reasonably big hotel but has the friendly intimate feel of somewhere much smaller. The staff were great - lots of good tips for travelling around and eating. Do try the small Pizzeria next to the hotel carpark. The hotel is in a strategic position for catching the Cumana (train) into Naples - the station is a minutes walk away. We're hoping to go back!

Nice spacious shower. Friendly staff. Breakfast had a good selection. Room cleaned very well.
Safe is small, no coffee with breakfast without asking. Severed raw eggs instead of hard boiled at breakfast. Slow service at breakfast.

The service was very good and the food was good. Booked a room with great views of the sea. Loved brilliantly helpful and attentive staff, their care for us.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

Very nice hotel, nice and helpful people. We arrived on Saturday night and the area was very agitated with people and a lot of traffic around but in the hotel was just fine. Breakfast was fair. The train station is in the near so you can reach the center of Napoli in 10 min. Overall good for one night.
The view was strange in the morning when we saw one big yard with one tall pipe and some facilities, this was not shown on the hotel pictures we saw before we booked :))
